Doga... and yes that really is dog yoga... is a human yoga practice that sets out to help support the natural bond you have with your dog. As Dogamahny describe, "Doga works on the natural symbiotic relationship that already exists between you and your dog." If there’s stress and tensions in you, then naturally your dog may pick up on this and absorb it too with their reactions. "By releasing any tension, stress or anxiety you automatically help your dog to be more accepting and secure to meet other dogs without worrying about you. Yoga can help this process and Doga is the magic glue that derives from your internal practice of Yoga." If you're a yoga fan already, or are up for a laugh and looking for something a bit different to do with your dog, then why not try some Doga. You'll definitely be needing a sense of humour, and expect the unexpected!
