What is The Merit Club?

An online member’s club exclusively for women. With the membership you get access to a number of member’s benefits, just like you would in a physical club, however at a much lower rate. We offer a monthly and an annual membership plan, which you can cancel any time. Please note that already paid membership fees are non-refundable.

 What do I get with the membership?

Is there a trial membership available?

We are thrilled that you are thinking of joining The Merit Club community! We are offering a free trial that allows you to give The Merit Club membership a try for free for a number of days. No commitment, No contract, Cancel any time.

What does my free trial include?

Your free trial is the true Merit Club experience – you’ll get full membership access to everything from our offers, perks and member benefits.

Why do you need my credit card information?

Your trial is completely free. Once your trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly plan with your card on file, unless you cancel before your trial ends. With the yearly membership you receive 2 complimentary months but your plan starts immediately after sign up. Your card details are not stored in our system and is completely secure! We have an SSL certificate and are very serious about protecting your data.

Does the trial auto-renew?

Yes. After your trial period ends, your trial will automatically renew into a monthly plan.

Can I change my membership plan?

You can change your membership plan at any time by simply emailing us at info@themeritclub.com or heading to the Profile section in the Members Area. You will be able to change your Monthly plans, which will roll into the new plan at the end of the paid period.

Do I have to pay for the events?

We give free tickets for members where we can and also offer a generous discount when we can’t give the tickets for free.

In order to keep the membership fee to the minimum, not all of our events will be complimentary. However, we will always strive to enrich your membership and offer you the best value for money. We decided that instead of offering our membership at a higher reoccurring fee, which might make our membership inaccessible to some, we chose to have a low cost subscription fee and allow you to decide where you invest your time and only pay for the events you are interested in.

Can I access all the private member’s clubs with my membership?

We bring you an amazing selection of special members’ perks every month from a selected number of partners. Your membership will allow you to access all of the clubs listed in your members’ area, 1 every month. We aim to bring you new clubs to try as often as possible.

How do I access your partner clubs?

You will always have ‘redeeming’ instructions with every offer, which would explain how you can take advantage of the offer. If you experience any issues please email info@themeritclub. When you visit the club, you may be asked to show a proof of your membership with The Merit Club, which you can easily do by going to ‘Your Account’ in the Member’s Area, so please make sure you have this ready alongside your ID when arriving to the venue.

We require your booking request to be a minimum of 2 working days notice or more please, before the date you would like to visit your club of choice. If shorter notice is given, unfortunately we can’t guarantee your booking will be confirmed in time, however we will do our upmost to book it in for you.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Please do check our club rules before your visit. In case you can no longer make your visit, you must cancel it a day before, otherwise it will be lost and cannot be rebooked unfortunately.

Which clubs do I have access to?

Our list of partner clubs and brands is growing month after month. You can see the list of members' clubs with the exact offer and availability in the members area or through Preview Membership option.

Why can’t I just turn up at a club without having to book?

Having access to these clubs for such a low price is extraordinary, however this service will never be the same as paying the full price, often hundreds or thousands of pounds for a members club in London, let alone the number of clubs you get access to with our membership. Our members have an understanding that for this reason accessing these clubs will not be at a moments notice, as that is the privilege of a full price paying member. We ask every member to give us at least 48 hours to confirm their visit, however most of the time we can confirm it to them within a few hours.

If you wish to have clubs available to you right away, you are welcome to join them individually and have full access to their facilities when you wish to, for the full price(minimum £500, for all the clubs within the Merit club portfolio would be over £10.000).

With The Merit Club membership there is no lengthy approval process or months long waiting list either and you get access to these clubs right after you finished your signed up.

Can I see my booked events?

Yes of course. On our new platform you can see all your booked events on one page, where you can access the virtual links for our online events, cancel and see the details.

I Just Signed Up, But Have Not Received An Email Yet?

You should have your email within 24 hours. The email will be from info@themeritclub.com. Make sure you check your promotions and junk folders within your email account. To make sure this doesn’t happen again, please whitelist us so that we go directly into your inbox. That way you’ll never miss any incredible updates or news!

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel anytime. However, note that our cancellation policy takes effect at the end of your billing period.

You can cancel by going into your Members area and select you ‘Profile’.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Because our services, products and offers are instant access and often digital downloads we cannot offer refunds. This does not affect your consumer rights.

What Payment Plans Are Available?

The Merit Club is a monthly membership community.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

You can choose to pay your Membership via debit or credit card.

Which Currency Do You Use?

GBP, but our memberships are available to all international ladies!

How Does Billing Work?

If you choose to sign up through the monthly payments, you will be billed every month on the same day you signed up.

If you chose the promotional yearly payment, you will make a one time, reoccurring payment and be set for the entire year. You will be billed on the day you enrolled.

Is The Program Billed Monthly Or Yearly?

We have both options! You can choose to pay monthly or choose to pay the year in full.

Do I Gain Instant Access To Everything?

Yes! As soon as you have registered, you have access to all the incredible perks, but note there may be limitations on how many clubs you can visit right away.

What Happens If I Cancel And Then Change My Mind?

You are always welcome back! However, we do like to emphasise that we cannot ensure that the price will not go back up. So if you are a member, we would highly encourage you to stay because the price you signed up at will be locked in for life.
