HOSTED BY Tracey Liv Coaching

Did you know that according to research from Stanford University, CEO’s say that the area they most want to develop is conflict resolution?!

Do you face challenges such as:

  • avoiding asking for a raise or not raising your prices?

  • do you always have arguments or tension with certain people or colleagues?

  • not being as innovative or collaborative as you'd like to be?

  • always putting others needs before your own?

What if you knew how to modify your behaviour and how you approached these conflicts to get exactly what you wanted?!

Conflicts are a natural phenomenon and part of business and in life.

We all face conflicts and challenges, small and large, but whether you create the best possible outcomes for yourself and others will depend on how you behave.

Your behavior can create high performing teams, more sales and happier clients, or how you behave can result in employee attrition, not utilising the full talent of staff and can perpetuate negative workplace cultures.

You actually have more control at getting what you want than you think.

Screen Shot 2019-08-29 at 11.01.27.png

By the end of the day, you will be able to:

  • Use your newfound learning, skills and insights to change your behavior and create immediate results

  • Use a systematic approach to reading conflict situations

  • Differentiate between functional and dysfunctional expressions of the five conflict modes

  • Adjust your style to give better feedback, communicate more effectively and be a better manager/leader

  • Identify the impact of bias on conflict management
