AGENDA
11am: Arrival (Enter through the Members Entrance on Scrutton St between Curtain Road and Phipp Street)
11.15am: Introduction from Kelly Maslen (KIN) & Emma Naylor (ARK & Grace Dear Trust)
11.30am: Talk by the amazing Esmee Gummer. Esmee is a motivational and TED talk speaker, and after being told she would never walk again at 18 she went on to get her PT qualification and was named GQ's trainer of the year. Esmee has also been on SAS:Who Dares wins, completed her first marathon in London 2018 and has just released her first TV show on The BBC. @esmee_gummer
12.15pm: Q&A with Amy Rushworth. Amy Rushworth is the UK's leading Confidence Coach, Transformational Mentor, Speaker and Podcaster. It’s her mission to support women to ignite their confidence, fire up their self worth and get their sparkle back. Through transformational 1-2-1 coaching, her online academy and retreats, Amy is empowering women all over the world to free themselves from self-criticism, comparison and the fear of being judged and step into their full, feminine power. @thisisamyrushworth
1pm-2pm: Yoga & meditation with the Kelly Maslen. Kelly is a qualified yoga teacher, who teaches at corporate events and on her private fitness retreats in Ibiza. Kelly will take you through a Yin yoga session, followed by a guided meditation to finish off the weekend. @kellymaslen_kin
2pm-3pm: Raffle (Please bring change for your raffle tickets), KIN protein shakes, Goodie bags & canapés!
