How at home do you feel in your body? When do you really stop and listen to what it wants, what it needs?

Many of us struggle to feel comfortable in our bodies, but it’s hard to be at peace with ourselves when we cannot come to rest in our own personal temple, that of our body. For many of us, we need to learn to have more compassion and love for ourselves, to be a little gentler and more tender.

This workshop aims to diminish the discomfort that keeps us out of alignment with our bodies and to reverse our general lack of energy and vitality. It recognises the need to awaken our capacity for self-love and nurturance, together with a deeper sense of peace and relaxation, from which our natural radiance will arise.

This class sets out to teach its students how to reprogram their bodies for greater pleasure and deeper intimacy, healing any shame and body issues with a body love celebration! To achieve this confidence and compassion, the workshop instructs how we may heal our body shame issues, how to reconnect with heart and body, how to nourish your body through touch and how to love parts of your body you may have problems accepting.

Through the power of the pelvis, the nourishment of erotic body parts, and energy practices, this class addresses how we may destress the body, awaken a subtle sexual energy which powers vitality and bring our bodies back into balance.

What to expect?

This workshop will take place over two days.

The class will be run by two expert life and intimacy coaches, Jenni Joy and Katrine Berling. Together and between them, they have trained with the best sexuality, love, relationship, tantra, taoist and self-development teachers in the world, and aim to distil the embodied essence of these extraordinary people into the teachings they share. Jenni is a leadership, life, and intimacy coach, blending clinical sexology with the energetic arts of tantra, sacred femininity and transformation alongside leading edge tools in the field of personal development. She is a board member of ASIS (Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists), and co-teaches and runs The Art of Tantra Massage Professional Training with John Hawken and The Paths of Transformation, as well as her own events.
Katrine, meanwhile, is a sexologist, couples therapist and sex teacher. She has been working with female sexuality for the last 8 years, helping hundreds of women, to understand the female body, get more pleasure, and develop better sex and orgasms.

Together they will offer you a new framework to rewire your relationship to your body, utilising dance, meditation, body practices, personal reflection, and partnered and group work, and will complete an Empowerment Ritual celebrating “The Altar of My Body”.

They promise to create a safe space and field for women of all ages to reengage with their love for themselves, and stress that everything is optional throughout the weekend.

This workshop stands alone in its own right and is also part of a series of deepening weekends that help women reclaim their sexual power and life force vitality. A later workshop, “OMG Orgasmic Empowerment”, from 27th-28th October, will explore this in more detail and help you discover how to power up your orgasm and your life.
