A Happy Mind Ltd is your remedy for those of us who suffer from anxiety. Anxiety creeps into almost everyone's lives at some point, so born out of the passion to help women going through the struggles alone, Samantha has created the Happy Mind Ltd in order to support and provide solutions for those who are ready to take control of their lives and no longer be dictated by anxiety.

BACKGROUND

I started my business as anxiety was a huge part of my life for over a decade and felt the need to actually give women the answers and solutions that allowed me to grow and thrive in my own life and relationships.

Through my first passion – teaching, it was all about showing love and support to the teenagers. Now, my mission is to grow this passion for all women worldwide, in their journey to a life without anxiety. This is why A Happy Mind was born!

What to expect

I coach women on a 1:1 basis in 2 programme formats;

4 x 90 minutes calls over 2 months

8 x 90 minutes calls over 4 months.

Each client is individual and has their own experience and relationship with anxiety.

During our 30-minute discovery call, I map out and plan each of our sessions and share this with my new client and get their ideas on the sessions too.

We also schedule in all sessions once payment has been made, to ensure consistency and routine for the client and to know when and what is coming up in our next session.

Each session takes place over the phone and in the comfort of their own home. I complete tasks, activities and coaching with my clients to ensure that they leave me after every session with an action plan moving forward and ways they can continue to keep up the momentum after our call.
