Confronting Imposter Syndrome

  • TBC United Kingdom (map)

We would love to invite you to our talk series hosted during our bi-weekly Coworking Days, where we invite experts to do a 45-minute lunchtime talk or workshop tackling various areas of business, career & lifestyle. These events aim to give you tips to help with your work concerns and issues you may face as a business owner, freelancer or professional.

About this event

When we put ourselves out there, we often get faced with something called the Imposter syndrome. A lack of self-confidence, anxiety, doubts about your thoughts, abilities, achievements and accomplishments, negative self-talk, feelings of inadequacy, dwelling on past mistakes and not feeling good enough — these are all signs and symptoms of imposter syndrome.

During this talk we will explore how this affects our productivity, motivation, impact on our careers and health/wellbeing and how you can overcome it.
