About this event

Do you often feel bloated from all the sitting at your desk and unsure why you are so lethargic in the afternoon?

This workshop will help you gain a better understanding of what you should be eating for better brain productive and how to balance your hormones so you can keep stress under control more effectively. It will give you more insight on how to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle as someone with very little time. India is an online body transformations coach helping busy women lose their bloated stomachs and regain body confidence and will give you her positive insight on how you can have a more balanced lifestyle too.
