Join us every month for a great opportunity to meet like-minded women and find new connections, whether it will be for listening to an inspiring talk or a stimulating workshop. From one-off fitness classes that pack a punch to retreats and discussions, together with cookery classes and demonstrations, follow the wellness events to start a conversation with fellow members, your body and your mind.

Join us for a super energetic workout and networking evening as Boom Cycle puts the fun factor into getting your sweat on!
With the lights low and the world-class sound system kicking out high energy music you'll be swept away into an immersive experience where the world outside will cease to exist and it'll just be you, your bike, your goals and at the end, your accomplishments.
You decide how far to push yourself! You will work out with us, The Merit Club team and we will be there to make your experience super welcoming. No worries if this is your first time, we are novices too!
Boom’s instructors will also be there to guide and encourage you the whole ride. It's the ultimate, 'party on a bike' experience for anyone looking for that full-body workout.
What to expect?
Arrive 20 minutes before the start so we can help you set up and check-in at the front counter to receive your bike number and shoes (included in the cost of your ride). We will have a 30-minute ride followed by some chats and networking and one complimentary drink (additional drinks will be available for purchase). As always it will be a ladies-only event, so no need to feel any pressure to compete!

Timings: Doors open at 6:40pm, ride starts at 7:00pm, chats and mingling until 8:30pm.
