Good Housekeeping have a huge variety of one-day cookery courses, which are aimed at beginners and experienced cooks alike who are looking to extend their repertoire.
There is the option to browse courses by type, date and availability, with courses spanning across many dishes and delicacies, from savoury to puddings, Afternoon Tea to culinary delights from across the world.
This class on Tuesday 19th December will give you the opportunity to extend your Christmas baking repertoire for the festive season, including a classic nutty Christmas Stollen, delicate Chocolate Viennese Fingers and an impressive Chocolate and Hazelnut Roulade.
With an expert tutor and the Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested method, you're in for a tasty, informative and fun, treat!
What to expect?
The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI cooks, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
Classes tend to last between 2 to 3 hours and will cover all of the essential tips and tricks you will need to master the various cooking styles.
