I grew up doing all sorts of sports and thinking that everything is possible. A bit like Alice in Wonderland, but in a small Swiss town instead.
When my work life started, I noticed how easily we slip out of those healthy, active habits that make us feel alive. My energy was on a low and I was frequently ill. Once I kicked back from that spiral, I made a point of leveraging my knowledge of nutrition and fitness. Suddenly, everything started seeming possible again.
