“I am a trained Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist, specialising in women’s health. I hold Diplomas in Hypnobirthing, Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Science, Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum Massage & Aromatherapy. I am continuously expanding my knowledge, expertise and qualifications.

I survived an eight-year saga of undiagnosed vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, clitorynia, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor dysfunction. It was a lonely and painful journey, marked by periods of deep depression and anxiety. Conventional medicine only made things worse and compounded the problems. This lack of medical support and understanding prompted me to train as a holistic therapist. I literally went to school to learn about being a woman!

I started making intimate care products and remedies to support my own healing at first, however it quickly grew thanks to my pelvic floor physiotherapist. And from there Womanology was born!”

RITUAL: In the bath or shower, apply a few drops to your hand and massage your labia. Rinse well. Some oil will remain on the skin.
