HOSTED BY THE QUARTER LIFE HEALTH PROJECT, WITH STEPH KAZOLIDES & CAGGIE DUNLOP
INTUITIVE DANCE + SACRED SOUND are excited to invite you into a sacred space to let go of whatever needs to be released through the medicine of dance and sound.
Stephanie will guide a moving meditation where you will be invited to dance [eyes closed] in which ever way your body wisdom is calling you. This practice is so simple, yet so transformative, as she has discovered through her own personal practice and from facilitating hundreds of women on retreat! Caggie will then lead a singing circle as well as sharing in how sound has been a powerful healing modality for her in overcoming her own fears and anxieties.
Both Stephanie and Caggie will share about their own personal stories in how intuitive dance and sacred sound has been essential in their journeys in opening the body, quieting the mind, and connecting to a deeper inner wisdom, and how these ancient arts are now the very medicine they turn to when needing to shift energy, move out blockages and connect back to their centre.
This event is by The Quarter Life Health Project - therefore is open to 20 + 30 something's only. We hope to create a community in London who will gather on a monthly basis to create and share in this experience together.
Date: Friday 26th October, 7.30pm - 10.00pm
Location: 42 Acres Shoreditch, 66 Leonard Street, London, EC2A 4LW
