Top 5 Cocktails to Make This Autumn

Autumn is starting to creep in and the days are turning into longer nights. So we’re saying goodbye to the summer cocktails that once were in our hand whilst we baked ourselves by the pool and saying hello to some of these delicious, warming autumn and halloween cocktails!

We’ve put together our top 5, recommended autumn cocktails and fall cocktail ideas for you to make this season! They are very easy and you probably have all the ingredients at home already! Get mixing!




Ingredients :

  • 50ml Pimm's Blackberry & Elderflower

  • 10ml vanilla syrup

  • 6 mint leaves

  • Pinch of cinnamon


Method: Add all the ingredients to a high ball glass, churn over crushed ice. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and a cinnamon stick.

espresso martini


  • 100g golden caster sugar

  • ice

  • 100ml vodka

  • 50ml freshly brewed espresso coffee

  • 50ml coffee liqueur (we used Kahlua)

  • 4 coffee beans (optional)


Method: Start by making the sugar syrup. Put the caster sugar in a small pan over a medium heat and pour in 50ml water. Stir, and bring to the boil.

Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Put 2 martini glasses in the fridge to chill.

Once the sugar syrup is cold, pour 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice, the vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.

  • 2 Plums

  • 6 Thyme Sprigs

  • Juice from one Lemon

  • 4 Tbsp. Thyme Simple Syrup (1/2 Cup of Sugar, 1/2 Cup of Water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add thyme sprigs, stir, and let cool. Chill until ready to use.)

  • 1 Bottle of Prosecco or your favorite bubbly


Method: Peel and chop 2 plums. Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released.  (You can also muddle right in the glass if you prefer to have bits of fruit in your cocktail!) Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over crushed ice evenly between two glasses. Top off with prosecco and garnish with extra plum slices and thyme sprigs. Serve immediately.

  • 3 blackberries

  • 15ml cinnamon syrup

  • 50ml Belvedere vodka

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • Dash egg white

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon, to garnish


Method: Muddle blackberries in the base of a shaker with cinnamon syrup. Add the other ingredients (except the cinnamon) and shake to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice cubes. Shake. Strain into a glass and garnish with cinnamon.





  • 50ml Brandy

  • 200ml Cloudy Apple Juice

  • 100ml Ginger Ale

  • Ice


Method: Fill a glass with ice. Pour over the brandy and apple juice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of apple, simple!
