We’ve been finding out the best firework displays in London for you to go to over the weekend and on Guy Fawkes night on Monday - ‘Remember remember the fifth of November!

alexandra palace

There’s honestly no better venue to host a spectacular display than Alexandra Palace. Accompanied by some delicious street food and a German beer festival, the Ally Pally fireworks festival has something for everyone and always impresses.

There’s even the opportunity to do some ice skating and watch a circus performance! A must-visit for locals.

Tower Hamlets  

With a theme around monsters, the Tower Hamlets fireworks held in Victoria Park is a great way to see some ‘bangs’ completely free of charge!

It’s been 200 years since Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’ was published and this celebration and ghoulish-themed display will keep you on your toes throughout.

lambeth

Held at Brockwell Park is two fantastic displays for the price of one. The first display will be a ‘Kids Movies’ theme with music featuring Frozen and The Greatest Showman.

The second is focused around the adults attending, with some great 80’s anthems through to chart music of today. There will also be plenty of food stands and a fun fair.

wimbledon

There’s not one, but two firework displays held in Wimbledon Park, one on the Saturday and one on Monday.

Both will include two different displays, the first a softer, quieter display, yet full of colour for little ones or for those who aren’t keen on ‘bangs’ at 6:45pm. The second at 8:30pm will be a bigger display full of music and fireworks.

There will also be the change to grab some delicious food and festivities will continue up to 10pm.

Battersea Park fireworks are no doubt going to be spectacular, win award-winning pyro-technicians Jubilee Fireworks putting on a spectacular show for 22 minutes.

There’s plenty of food and drinks stalls available but it’s likely to be busy, so bring a few tins for yourselves to enjoy!
