The New Ways To Relax

Looking for a detox, a de-stress, and a new way to switch off from hectic city life? Ditch the downward dog and try out one of these places. You don’t need to break the bank... (or your back... !) to take a break and feel good for it too.

Flotation therapy allows you to experience a meditative state while floating within a high-tech flotation pod, that uses a highly saturated Epsom-salt solution at a relaxing skin-temperature. Imagine floating on the Dead Sea and its feeling of freedom and weightlessness, but within the comfort of your own pod that is attuned to your every need with music and lighting. Here you can block out all external distractions and as a result become significantly happier and more relaxed.

It is £50 for a single float, but they also provide membership packages. Tip: Our members also get a further 15%!

Shinrin Yoku

Shinrin Yoku Forest Therapy is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing", equating to the medicine of being in a forest. Developed in Japan during the 1980s, Shinrin Yoku is famous for preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine.

Go to a Forest. Walk slowly. Breathe. Open all your senses.
This is the healing way of Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy,
