Enjoy this fun, cosy and cute workshop, where you can learn how to make some delicious truffles. Maybe you'll do it as a pair, go with a friend and present your valentine with a box of home-made truffles, or why not just treat yourself. As Rococo suggests, making truffles is a great introduction to working with chocolate. They will begin the class with an introduction to their Rococo Chocolates and a background about how chocolate is made. They will then guide you through a chocolate tasting, so you know exactly what to look for when making your own truffles. Then in the chocolate kitchen, they will begin with pre-made ganache. Each person will be able to create their unique truffles by rolling, dipping and coating. And, the best bit of all - at the end of the class, you will pack up your creations to take home and enjoy!

Most people love chocolate but know very little about where it is grown, how it is grown and how it is processed into the delightful morsels they eat. Our tasting events are guided by one of the founders of Artisan du chocolat who knows chocolate inside out. A chance to open your eyes (and mouth) to all that chocolate is.
